Dude, you're in the wrong place to be defending Boll. And it's not *beep* it's fantastic. I've been looking for an anti-Boll petition for years now, so for me, this is an excellent post. Now *beep* off and go hug a tree.

If you feel that strongly about it, maybe you should start a website devoted to it. I have a feeling though, you would recieve much critisisim, and not many people jumping on board, compared to how many people would like to stop the sewer that is uwe boll from spewing forth any more films.

But kudos on continueing the tradtion of supporting the worst person you can find on the internet, because you know it is the easiest way to create conflict. That is a secret known to only a few internet users.

I have to actually agree with the more moderate people here on these boards if watching a Uwe Boll movie is the worst thing that happens in your life then you have had it pretty darn good. I wish some of these people would show the same passion about more worthy projects. I think that maybe Amnesty international to prevent torture on other Human being is more important (although some might argue this could be said about bneing forced to watch his films) or protecting the rights of abused children, supporting a local charity but that probably involves getting off the computer and doing something with your life so lets just rip it in to some minor person and make ourselves feel like armchair heroes.

Put thing in to perspective people at the very worst he produces mundane films that should be treated with apathy not hatred.
I have seen a couple of his films and didn't like them all that much and that is all, all though I didn't mind house of the dead

Okay things like this really kind of disgust me... and I completely agree with Flatulatte... so many more meaningful, worthy things to get involved in... seriously, I work in the industry (mostly just PA work but who cares) and I've worked on a couple of his films and have seen a lot of his movies... sure he makes a lot of "crap" but it's fun crap... postal was Awesome in it's hilarity, ridiculous and in Uwe's ability to poke fun at himself.... it's well worth watching if you dig the straight-to-dvd market and that's where most of his films fit in...
For those of you who thinks he sucks and should stop making movies, you got write a script, get funding, sign actors, sign crew, and make the freaking thing then if you feel so strongly make the marketing tagline "Better that Boll" hell call your movie that (it's kinda catchy) and those of us that watch it will criticize and bash, and possibly praise but until then STFU and let the man continue living his dream.
