plenty of nudity in this one - the lead has very impressive assets.
The acting is.... not horrible, but not great either - I'd call it average.
The story.... I must admit, I didn't see the twist coming - so while the lines were not well written, the twist was good - though perhaps a bit mental (people not acting and behaving naturally/realistically - which is why the twist was hard to spot).
The soundtrack - I think it could have been much better - I feel like the current soundtrack is a bit
too hip, removing tension/suspense from many scenes.
Do I think it's worth seeing? Just for the boobs alone - yes - lol
So, the rating - it's somewhere between a 7 and a 4.
Could I give the whole film a 7 if the story/soundtrack were changed? I'd say no - the acting wasn't good enough. I think 6 is a fair number - so let's go with that.

Let's see how long it takes the usual white supremacist suspects who haven't even watched it to arrive & complain about there being an interracial couple. It's gonna be "Something something... "woke". Something something "anti white". Something something... unrealistic based on "statistics" I've pulled out of my ass"

My only issue with that was the lack of chemistry, or perhaps below average acting (if chemistry can be acted out).
I'd say the chemistry in both couples was dodgy as fuck - we could blame the film or the casting director for that.

On a different note, the film was ok. I knew the minute she showed up at her job, she was in on it. Could have been better, could have been a lot worse.

I don't think it was your intention but that slightly echoes the logic that casual WS often use e.g. You're the racist for calling out racists/white supremacists!" I was just calling out how nearly every movie/series' discussion page on this site that has any possible angle for alt right white supremacist types to be triggered over, you're going to see it.

Yes, that was apparent but as I previously just explained I was making a commentary on the general high propensity for white supremacist types on these boards to whine about black people & interracial relationships (particularly when then involve black men & white women). "No one had mention it except you" because I made the comment when there were like 3 posts total at the time, with the show not even out yet, so my making that comment early on before the usual white supremacist suspects came in with their usual BS was the entire point which you seem to be trying very hard to miss.

I don't understand the point however of your seeming obtuseness about it as anyone who frequents these boards regularly would know about the rampant & very predictable alt reich shitposting that goes on over any and all inclusions of interracial couples.

At this point I'm fairly certain you'd find nothing out of order on the Bridgerton page.

I probably would not have engaged with you, or acknowledged you this much in real life, so I’m not going to continue here. I appreciate your decision to move on from your low effort trolling & to just come out to admit that just like every other casual racist troll, any criticism of the white supremacist shitposting on this site bothers you, while the alt Reich shitposts themselves do not, to the extent that you're willing to make yourself look like a childish buffoon to deny even acknowledging their existence. just don't see the need for a 15-ish% of coupling to be in now 99% of all movies. why not just 15-ish% of movies?

that's like, lets say if only 4% of humanity was gay, but people demand one gay be in EVERY movie. why not just 4% of the movies? I know hard numbers are not best, but it matches reality better.

Agree. Pretty good, but not quite there for 7 or higher. Love Sydney Sweeney's, um, assets, myself. Wasn't expecting to see much but got plenty of them. Twist was also good but I was suspicious of the wife turning up at the eye doctor where Pippa worked, making a friendship with Pippa, and then 'dying' so soon. So, I guess the twist was not that surprising for me.

1 point each for Sydney Sweeney's phenomenal rack. The movie was predictable trash and had more endings than the Lord of the Rings. Sweeney's character was awful and everything was her fault. 0% chance she gets away with what she did at the end.

hats off for being the all too rare modern sex thriller that actually has a good amount of sex and nudity.

has some twists and turns, some i anticipated, some i didn't. and the girls were all cute and looked great naked.

The movie had a lot of themes that had already been done in other films.

Then...to top it off...the two villains turned out to be immigrants.

Not very original.
