I am six episodes into the first season and this show is hard to watch it is so dull.. Makes me wonder if the people who wrote Game of Thrones actually had anything to do with this.. Six episodes into that show and I was completely hooked..

This is what you get when the showrunners know they dont have much material to begin with a.k.a the books and trying to stretch it as far as they can.
All the cool shit is being saved for season 3 and 4 but this season all we get is Daemon doing fuck all for 4 episodes straight and barely any battles scenes, sprinkling just enough dragon scenes to keep the viewership high.
Yeah.
Sooooo boring.
In fact, it was sooooo boring I rolled my eyes and went back to scrolling TikTok on my iPhone and watched a fifteen second video of a dog wearing lipstick instead.
That filled my tiny brain with dopamine and it felt good.
Maybe you should do that.

I just finished S2 EP8 yesterday and came in here to check out the comments and was shocked at all the "boring" comments. If people found this boring, I would hate to find out what they think is dramatic and suspenseful. :)
I thought S2 was excellent and way better than S1. There's plenty of character development and deep story telling going on in S2. I'd have to give this season a very strong 8.5 out of 10. It's great stuff. Although, I do think episodes 7 and 8 could have been a little better but wow, what a change from season 1 this show has become.
Most of the critics seem to agree as well.... some are even saying it's shaping up to be better than GoT. I don't know about that but this season 2 was a complete 180 when compared to season 1.
The bad thing about this is we gotta wait like a year for season 3. ARRRGGGG!!! This season went by too fast! I want some more!!
