They couldn’t compose a different theme?

Had to use the one from GoT? Were they just desperate, lazy or cheap?

It is a great theme and works very well to tie the show to the original series. Why change it?

The original Star Trek had a great theme too. Why not use it?

Though it’s a spin off, the show needs to stand on its own and develop its own identity, otherwise it just comes off like a poor shadow of the other show.

No other spin off series in history has ever used the exact same theme as the show they spun off from. So why does this one?

Again, are they desperate, lazy of cheap?

I don't think the Star Trek theme would work well for HofD. Just my opinion.

Maybe they can buy the Rings of Power soundtrack for pennies after it tanks.

The westworld theme would suck for this show, even though it was composed by the same person.
