It is all about plot convenience, isn't it? (spoilers)
Kang is the controller of time, yet the only time he used that ability was to freeze Janet, when it did not matter. His most used ability was actually telekinetic powers, yet he could not stop Janet damaging the power core?
And in the end his telekinetic powers just disappear without any reason, he just had to rely on hand to hand combat.
Why would Kang build a ship that allows anyone to see his memory just by touching it? I don't think Janet could even read his mind directly touching his nerves.
Why wouldn't he give Scott back his daughter, which he had no use? Other than giving Scott a motive to continue fighting him.
Cassie (Kathryn Newton) looks like another Disney princess type of girl, doesn't she? Just like new Hawkeye (Hailee Steinfeld), Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) and America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez). Obviously a part of Disneyfication.
Why wasn't her suit taken away? Why didn't Kang disarm any of them after capturing them?
Kang should have the ability to freeze and manipulate time as shown in Loki, and killed them easily, why didn't he do that?
MODOK would just turn good, just because a girl telling him stop being a dick? That easy?
Why did Kang keep Janet alive when he was clearly all about vengeance as his lines said so? And Janet's betrayal was the reason he was trapped there all these times.
It seems Disney writers no longer bother to write a decent script anymore, instead they just rely on emotional manipulations, hoping we just buy it and forget about it. Do they really think we are all that stupid?
I think it is the result of Disney writers replacing Marvel writers. Does anyone still think Disney did good things to the Marvel brand?
