Bryce Dallas Howard.

She wasn't a girlfriend per-se, but she got all flirty and kissy with Pete in a few scenes. And while she played Gwen Stacy, she acted more like MJ of the comics. Very sexy and undoubtedly the hottest woman in the Spider-Man movies.

Of just the actual girlfriends, easily Kirsten Dunst.

But Bryce Dallas Howard as Gwen Stacy was more beautiful than any of the MJ's.
