Is it really that bad?

I wish I hadn't watched it. Need to watch the original and pretend it is a standalone.

Just watched it, and what bothers me the most is, is that they pretty much killed what was the soul of the previous movies, the fighting sequences, not a single fighting scene stood out, it was all bland Hollywood action garbage. Every fighting scene was up close and that god awful terribly shaky cam. Take a look back at fight scenes from like the first Matrix, they were at least a few meters away from the camera and the camera was either stable or barely moved so you could see their movements having impact.

Do what you want but I'm telling you it's a waste of time watching this movie.

Watch it back to back with Reloaded and Revolutions and it's actually pretty good. I caught onto so many more things the second time and strangely enough the flashbacks were way less annoying.

it just felt super long, the story was convoluted, and there are WAY too many characters

idk the White Rabbit sequence was cool
