Pretty much any line Poppy says. My favorite is, "You can winky dink all over my face, just don't tell me its raining"
And I love her bits in the closing credits.

My favorite line has been mentioned a bunch. The Nick line that ends with: "You just look like such a dick to me..."

There is a lot of stuff I didn't catch the first time that I noticed on re-watching. When they are at the campfire in the beginning and they call Carly over to see the new pose Bianco is doing on Angela?

One more classic that nobody else has mentioned.

Best-case scenario, she looks at you as a girlfriend.
Worst-case scenario, she's pissed at you for poking in her business.
Either way, you're not poking in her business.

looooved this film ive seen it so many times its scary lol

at the end when rick walks off after talking to carly
Nick: god he seems great
Shawn: really nice
Nick: hmm I like him

just the way they say it makes me giggle

also when poppy is giving out uniforms
Poppy: you look great, you in love?
Shawn: *shifty look towards Carly*
Poppy: stay safe

every line has me laughing, I really cant get over this film

Me: I Swear To God...
Laura: U shudnt do that he might get angry

I loved that line! I'm so surprised no one's mentioned it yet. My personal favorite was;
Rick: Dude, these city girls are so easy.
Rick's friend: I know, it's like banging fish in a barrel.
Rick: The girl i had was a beast. I've got bite marks all over my ba-donka-donk.
bahahahah! That exchange had me in tears.

"Because you touch yourself at night."

All the lines were great. What really made pretty much all of them were they deliveries.

I didn't really see this one yet:

Dr. Rick: Animal house reference. LUVVVVV ITTTT!!!

hahahaa

The olive garden line is also one of my favorites. I pretty much watch it every time the movie plays on stars.

Best line in the whole movie, IMHO, but it's only been mentioned once here:

Nick Brady: I think our bus crashed and we're in heaven.
Shawn Colfax: No, we would've heard "We are crashing, we, we are crashing"

Perfectly deadpanned - beautifully delivered. I nearly blew my drink through my nose.

We've watched this movie so many times, we have it memorized! I agree with one of the other posters, it's the perfect delivery of the lines that make them funny, such as:

I thought that move was prohibididado!

Whoa! Don't go all ABC Family on me!

Shawn (about Poppy): She's got the shine.

I'm flailing, how are you not flailing?
I'm FLAILING!

What do you think you're doing?
Practicing!
Al dente?

Just the way I like them...ancient and regretful.

Just wait until their cycles match up...you'll miss THESE days!

Nick (when he falls): Fraggle rock!

Everything Brewster says, especially when they go to the lake.

I liked how they just naturally did everything at the same time. Like whent hey mimed throwing the girls in the air and catching them or the "we, we are crashing" where they did it in unison. Also whent hey made any kind of plan and then said "break!" and clapped, that was funny.
