First Plot Hole.

Right off the bat is in the trailer itself. He sees the women in the back seat through his rear view mirror.

Uh, vampires don’t cast any reflection, so…. Unless they’re taking liberties (I’m shocked!) with the mythology.

He most likely would’ve noticed if they hadn’t of course but that would’ve been a great addition to move the story along & add to the sense of terror. At least I think so.

That was dealt with in the opening scene, when Blair says that humans made a lot of stuff up about vampires.

reply

Exactly, that's why we see Victor eating ummm, 'steak' as well. lol

"..humans made a lot of stuff up about vampires."

yeah that was a clever way for the script to just make things up later in the film
xD

Considering it is all made up and vampires don't really exist...

There seems to be no exactness anymore regarding the rules of vampires. Rules vary depending on the movie you watch. But I've never seen a movie that breaks the rule about being seen in a mirror.

reply

Rules about vampires have always been variable. The legend existed in many nations (and not all European) and the powers, weaknesses, motivations have always depended on the particular legend. "Modern" views are a compilation of many of the legends as well as works from authors such as Stoker.

Each book and movie creates its own rules for vampires (and any other supernatural creature) and those rules should not be judged right or wrong compared to other versions. Those other versions are irrelevant to the individual work.

Mirrors used to be made with silver which repelled vampires. Now they’re made with aluminum.

Here's another plot hole. You can't start a car remotely IN DRIVE. Not possible.

This is not a plot hole... but are Victors entire crew the 2 lady vamps? How do the manage to take down all the other vampires... in the begining the have the element of surprise but even when they don't... they still manage with some help from the driver to succeed... I mean this doen't seem like a very good plan to begin with...
