How was Ali resurrected as he didn't take any communion and had only been to the church a couple times, he was Muslim so wasn't baptised so when he drank the poison i expected him to just die but he came back.
Did i miss any scenes where he took communion or drank the wine in ordered to regenerate and come back to life?
I wondered the same thing. When he drank, I was like, "Uh-oh". When he popped by up I was busy in my head trying to figure out what I missed. I think it was a mistake by the writers.
shareI had assumed there was blood in the poison cups at the end. There's no way Father Paul would have risked poisoning anyone without ensuring that they were given angelic blood as well.
shareI did think that at first too but the cups all had clear liquid in so presumably was just poison, if there was some blood they would've been pinkish red.
