I didn't dislike it, but I don't like it when movies make characters act in an unnatural manner just to further the plot, and this movie does it a lot. I stayed entertained the entire film, but haven't had an urge to rewatch it, and that's usually pretty telling.

When exactly does the movie do this? This movie felt rather natural and realistic compared to most horror shit out there.

Do you mean the original Candyman or the new one? I love the original CM but I didn't spot any similarities to that in this (haven't seen the recent CM).

Can you develop a bit? I get the Hollow Man vibe... but not sure about Candyman.
