Indeed the idea of the weasel brother physically besting a big strong, physically fit guy like that in a narrow hallway is incredibly unrealistic, invisible or not. In real life it would be much easier to deal with an invisible person that you know/suspect is invisible and stalking you. Also being invisible isn't going to help a person much in a grappling situation where your opponent is tangled up with you. Which is probably why in this film along with invisibility, the suit seems to also inexplicably give the wearer enhanced strength and agility to move around in complete silence which you can probably chalk up to the film simply wanting to create a greater sense of threat and danger for the protagonists.
