Have your Kleenex box ready

Hachi was very heartwarming to me. I have seen it twice, and I plan to watch it again when they air it. I did have to have Kleenex nearby. I'm just very sentimental when it comes to movies like this.

I don't cry for people in movies. Or even in real life now matter how sad or depressed I am, really. But this... I originally watched it a few years ago or so. Cried. Today randomly spotted it on Netflix. Just seeing the still image of it there in the movie list made me tear and choke up already, and I had to watch it. And, of course, cried plenty, especially once Hachi became unkempt-looking.

Other movies that have caused crying would be the Japanese version, Hachiko Monogatari, as well as the movie Eight Below, and its original Japanese version. I still haven't worked up the "courage" to watch Old Yeller...
