Ending Was Real Disappointment

Does anyone else believe Stuntman Mike's character should have remained completely cold, calm and calculating throughout the movie ?

Instead he turned into a pathetic bubbling coward ... what happened ?

In addition, I thought First Story was excellent; unfortunately dialogue in Second Half and above were downfall ( though some excellent stunt / driving when Stuntman atagonising other vehicle )

Thoughts ?

I actually loved the fact that he turned into a total bitch at the end. The maniacal, cold, etc. etc. has been seen a million times in cinema. While effective for villains, it was refreshing and IMO, highly amusing to see a villain, who enjoys violence against women to be a complete chicken sh*t coward.

Sure he went completely over the top, but the film is campy anyways. So why not?

What happened is that he's a bully playing psycho, nothing more. He's not used to getting as good as he gives and when he does, he shows what he really is.

I don't know why most guys somehow miss the part where he's doing nothing especially kickass in the first part and idolize the guy so much because he talks tough that they don't get the ending.
