Iron Man - dead
Captain America - aged over 100 and passed his shield to a black replacement
Thor - drunken fat slob video gamer replaced by a tiny woman
Hulk - metrosexual embarrassed by his violent past
Dr. Strange - ambiguously gay
Spider Man - immature teenaged boy
Ant Man - played as a bumbling doofus
Star Lord - a case of arrested development. A 12 year old in a 40 year old body

...and now Hawkeye, replaced by a young girl.

Either it works and then no one would care about race and gender or they will start loosing money and you'll get your white males overrepresented to fill Disney's pockets.
