Why didn't she just get out of her car when they was both stuck in traffic?

There was a point in the movie where shes being chased by him and she comes to big traffic jam, and he slowly pulls up behind her bumping her car. During that whole scene i was just thinking, ok why the fuck doesn't she just hop out of the car and go over to one of 30 different people in the traffic jam thats surrounding her and tell them that mans trying to kill her?

But she just stays in her car waiting for the traffic to move so she can resume driving away from him. There was just certain points in this movie where the main girl could've gotten to safety and had him arrested, but instead chose to keep driving away from him while he chased her.

And you think the guy who just killed his family and set them on fire, ran over a stranger, would just let her and her kid do do that? Not to mention a bloody homicidal maniac running around might cause people to lock their doors.

That would been a logical thing to do. Better yet, let her car be rammed into the car in front of her. That way, there are no unwilling bystanders. That brand new Jeep in front of her would absolutely call the cops.

I was saying the same thing! If she had turned it into a foot-race, Russell Crowe's pudgy ass would have tapped out in like a minute or two, hahaha

Not in a movie though. He'd be faster than her, or he'd never tire or he'd have the automatic bad guy gps that can track you down no matter how insane the logic is.

wasn't only one young girl on her phone in front of her? the other cars were parked cars. Russell Crowe could have easily taken them both, methinks.
