Here's my deal. Just because a race isn't a minority, doesn't mean you can be racist. Ever heard of treat others the way you want to be treated? All hell would break loose if someone asked "Why are you Blacks on this board?" That is one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard. It's racist. If you think that you can only be racist towards black people, you're sadly mistaken and need to look up the definition. If you're going to judge someone on the color of their skin, you are being racist. There is no other word to describe it. It isn't right and you know it.
