where are all the white people?
so, where are all the white people?
shareso, where are all the white people?
Ha! Ha! Ha! Have you not noticed that the world is changing? Just like in commercials, where they have a smart black person advising an idiotic white person (their portrayed character traits). Or it will only be a white person (usually dressed like a black person) who is seen committing a crime. Pay attention - they do it in MANY commercials. Blacks are doing to whites just what whites did to the Indians. But don't fear - Mexicans will soon be doing it to all of them.
Where are all the white people? Out of prison, in school, at work, volunteering, and avoiding bad movies like this one.
Love ya!

In Inception, they were all in jail. In Scott Pilgrim, they were all in line at the welfare office. In both movies, they were also hiding in their basements, fearing the inevitable Helter Skelter prophesied by our lord Charles Manson.
shareIn all honesty, which I have not seen in any of these posts from the day they started, the 'white' people in this movie are where they usually are. If I'm not mistaken, this story takes place in an Atlanta PROJECT and from what I can remember, they are NOT there. Not sure if that was the focus of the director but if you really want to go there, it's not where white people are at.
The movie is not the greatest but it pretty decent and trust me, I have seen a good bit of 'black' movies over the years and as I said, this one is pretty decent.
NO. It's not another "Friday". Don't get it twisted just because Ice Cube is in it, people. He tries to get his point across the best way he can while trying his hardest to relate to all of his audience!
As for the stereotypes? Hell yes, there are a few in this flick but believe it or not, there are a few people in EVERY neighborhood that we can relate to (Black, White, Hispanic and otherwise!) as 'stereotypical' and they were used as the comedy effect as far as the film went. As they have in every other film. Name one that doesn't.
I'll wait.
As for Bow Wow's character going on a splurge the moment he received any spendable money, honestly, what would you truthfully do upon receiving 370 million?? And don't give me that BS that you would give the first half to charity! You may not spend it on sneakers as he lavishly did but I'm pretty sure it would be on complete BS, nevertheless!
When there is a really crappy movie out to complain about, (I will not go into any of the Tyler Perry projects!) find a real reason to complain. Any other time, think before you start to run your 'race' card because you don't see any of your people in the movie. Not every situation that evolves in other lives (story lines) involves you. Think about the many movies you have and name how many blacks you can find in them, from 1935 until now?
Once again, I'll wait.

Okay, but the question was, "Where are all the white people?"

Not many people who live in these areas see a white person during their daily going-ons unless they're a cop patrolling their beat. And in all honesty, they wouldn't want to be involved with 'project' life and what does and does not go on there. Sorry to say it. The white people that you are looking for is going about their lives and business in their own neighborhoods. The same way these people are going about their lives and business in their own neighborhoods.

must white people be in every movie? i'm going to go check out your other post and see if you're looking for blacks in white movies, or latinos in any movies, or native americans.....
"You can't answer a text message."
just as i thought. this is the ONLY "black" production you've commented on, and you come in looking for white people.
"You can't answer a text message."
I asked almost the same thing when I saw The Last Airbender.
Except I asked Where the asians at.
THe white people are inside. They don't tend to hang on the outside like I've seen black people do. You drive around in white neighborhoods, no one in sight. You drive around in black neighborhoods, everyone is hanging on the outside. I know that sounds racist, but it's what I notice.
shareWho cares? Why do ppl notice these things. I'm Hispanic and am used to never being in any shows or movies but its not like I think to myself "why were there no hispanics"
Who cares. People are people, period.
