Anyone out there who still misses the hell out of this show?

I was surfing the internets when I found this list: http://thecelebritycafe.com/feature/2012/11/top-10-cancelled-tv-shows-videos of the top 10 cancelled TV shows and I saw Pushing Daisies was number 2!!
This was such a lovely show, such a comical cast, vibrant colors and wardrobes, definitely one of my favorites of all time.
Never should have been cancelled!

I still miss it and I'm still pissed it was cancelled. There were a couple of shows that premiered that season that shouldn't have been cancelled.

The Chiller Network recently ran all 22 episodes back to back. And thank GOD my wife found that, and recorded all of them for me so I could save them onto DVD.

I was never as unhappy with the cancellation of any show as I was with this series; I think it was too good for its budget to keep up with, unfortunately. Pushing Daisies had such a sweetness to it, snappy dialog, offbeat macabre story lines, and a massive appeal that the network "heads" couldn't get behind.

It would have been nice, though, if some cable net had picked it up to continue. Alas, 'twas not meant to be.

The first time I heard about this tv show was on a gif showing the plot. I thought was kinda unique so I decided to buy the DVD's and watch. That's probably one of the best TV shows I've ever seen in my life. It's a shame that has been cancelled too soon :(

Me. Add me to the list. This show had so much more potential for continued story lines. How could it not with such well-developed and dynamic characters all 'round. Even the characters that only appeared in one episode were rich in background story.

I wish there was a way to set a wave of protests against these damn reality TV shows. I'm not talking about shows like Star Search because there are real people and family and friends behind those dreams. I don't even have a problem with shows like Survivor. But lord we need to ax shows like The Jersey Shore, The Real Housewives, Babies in Tiara, or whatever, and that damned BunnyBooBoo thing. I don't give a rats bum about the Kardashians or even the Biggest Loser. I blame it all on Sally Jesse Rafael and Jerry Springer. This and school lunch programs and food banks that only grudgingly give out high starch and sugar food stuffs to people who desparately need solid nutrition.

Wow, lol, so sorry for the rant. I guess I've been sitting on that for a while. HEH!

Anyway, hells yeah, I miss this show.
