So when it all wraps up, which actor(s) have the best chances and worst of finding work elsewhere?

I am thinking Jim Parsons will find it the hardest, Sheldon is one of those quirky type of characters and he will probably be associated with it for a long time.

Kaley Cuoco will probably have the easiest time to move on.

Jim Parsons is great as sheldon but he can't play another character, I have seen him in 4 movies and he looks like he doesn't know what he's doing.
