Sadie was crying

She was crying when Mari got shot. When you see the close up of her face you can see that she is crying. I know it wasn't the rain cause her mascara was running and you could see a tear comig out of her other eye.

I think she was just a follower. I think she really felt bad about what happened to Mari but she was trying to be who Krug wanted her to be.

Yes, I was confused by that scene. She did look like she was having an emotional reaction and possibly crying but the rest of the time she seems like a *beep* up psychotic *beep*

Going to have to annoyingly AGREE with OP. That shot really threw me off.

They lingered on her running mascara, staring at Mari's supposedly dead body, adding in mascara between the rain drops to seemingly make the point that she was affected. Even if she wasn't crying (which I feel they are suggesting she IS) she clearly looked affected in those seconds they focused on her reaction.

I was wondering too why they did that. Not a single other moment of Sadie in the movie is even somewhat redeeming. Why throw that in there and not follow it through whatsoever?
