I went into it with no expectations and used a free pass on it i had.. I didn't really think it was great or disliked it at all. It felt to me like something I'd watch if I was bored and didn't want to use my brain. It certainly is not worse than any of the other Scary Movie films, but of course the first 2 will always be the classics to me in these no-brainers of a series.. anyone that does take these movies seriously at all have some problems.. just enjoy it. :P

Scary Movie 1 & 2 are still the funniest in the series. This movie was no where nears as funny. It was as bad as Haunted House, which is why is has such a poor rating on IMDB.

I really don't like it...one of the worst comedies I saw in the past 25 years. Easily among the bottom 3 of the worst.

Now Now, let's not be silly. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. The film wasn't that bad, some scenes made me laught but some scenes were really boring, if only they had kept the original cast... then mabey this film would have been a big hit. If only they had kept Anna Faris as the main character it would have made alot more sense. Ashley Tisdale just didn't cut it as a dumb blonde, she's more of the intelligent type in my opinion. Don't get me started on Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, i didn't understand that part of the film two broke-down stars making fun of themselves.

I'm from overseas and the movie premiered here this weekend. I've just seen it and I honestly think it's hilarious! Of corse it differs much from the first four Scary Movies, but I think it was a refreshing reboot. Since the movie will take in at least 40 Mio. $ at the worldwide box offices and thereby double its budget, I hope there'll be a "Scary Movie 6"!

It sucked. And I'm usually the one on here defending stuff. Every joke was carried on way too long. At the beginning when they did the Benny Hill music with CS and LH. *beep* stupid. And as for the rest...I am so disappointed. There was a lot of potential for it. Too bad.
