Anton barges into the business office and blows the guy away. The man (accountant) sitting in the chair says are you going to shoot me. Anton says "it depends...do you see me" or something close, then the scene ends.
Do you think he killed the guy? Was that scene in the book, if so, did he kill him?
I don’t think he killed that guy no. Nobody would be stupid enough to say yes to that question.
shareI think he does kill him. Everyone else he only gives a chance by coin toss or they're just straight up murdered. The look on his face though suggested he was playing a game with him though

The scene more than likely just represents Bell's fear and what he envisions.
This has been discussed a lot back in the old IMDB days. Watch the scene again and see if you think Anton could fit behind that door when Bell pushes it open all the way.
