I agree Bleeker should have a choice in the adoption. Just because Juno didn't want it yet was willing to carry to term doesn't mean Bleeker didn't want it. The sad truth is that some states put the decision for adoption solely in the hands a the mother and adoption agencies (and people seeking adoptions) want babies so they prefer if the father doesn't get in the way.
If men were allowed to disown children to avoid paying child support then more women would be on welfare. Now who really supports that?
In the USA the father has no say in such matters.
