What's the main race in your school?
I go to a high school with about 1800 kids. There are about 30 Asians, 15 Blacks, 10 Samoans, 10 Latinos, and everyone else is white.
What's yours like?

About 30% Hispanic, 30% White/Native American mixed, 30% White, and 10% Black. Plus one Asian student.
You struggle so desperately human.
mostly white, then black, then asian, then latino, then native americans. im in middle school, but in high school it is a lot more diverse.

My first HS had like ONE black family and a smattering of Hispanic families - it is the least diverse town in Minnesota...lol - there were about 200 kids in my class there.
But my 2nd HS was mostly white but there were a lot of Hispanic and black families too. There were about 400 kids in my class

In my high school we have about 2000 kids, I'd say about 40% Asian (most Filipino and Korean), 40% Latino (Mostly Mexican), 10% Black, and 10% other. I go to school in an urban part of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley.

My secondary school was almost completely white. My best friend has Iranian parents and there were some people from Israel and other countries, but that's it. I think because it was a big school there was more chance of being a bit more inclusive.
My college was very mixed, a lot of Asians and blacks, my classes in particular. In my sociology class I was the only white girl, for example.
Now at university it's very mixed, although the surrounding area isn't. I like it though, I think it's healthy to mix with different people.
I'm from a very small city in the UK, so my high school was 95% white, 5% asian. There were only 2 black kids in the whole school when I was there.
I'm now at university in a big city, so of course it is much more diverse.
"Cos none of us were angels and you know I loved you, yeah."
I'm Asian but born and raised in New York City so I was always raised in a diverse environment.
Went to an all girls Catholic middle school. It was pretty diverse, mostly latino and white but also some asians and blacks too.
Went to a public NYC high school so more diverse than Catholic school. Like 30% latino, 20% asian, 20% black, 30% white.
Now I'm in college...still in NYC...pretty much the same racial percentage as high school.
It must suck being the only person of your race in a school though. Can't imagine not living in a diverse city...
