This is Harrison Ford's best movie this century!
shareI could tell he was acting, especially when they showed other old men actors who didn't seem they were playing old men. But at the same time, I thought it was a good character.

A wonderful performance from a wonderful actor! I do hope he receives some level of Supporting Actor award recognition this coming season. Though 42 was a spring release, Witness was released even earlier (February) in 1985, so I'd think that wouldn't be a problem.

He should be nominated for an Academy Award or something for his work here!
This may actually be my favorite role he's ever done, over Star Wars and Air Force One..I loved this role he portrayed..perfect!!

Let me get this straight. It's ok to post page after page messages that praise Ford, but you get all bent out of shape when a couple of people disagree with you?
Oh and btw, this isn't a fan page for Ford, this is a discussion forum. Big difference.
Not liking a person's performance is fine, but is it necessary to harp so much on it? Is it REALLY that big of a deal in your every day life?

You make it sound like replying to couple of messages is such a big chore, when in reality it just takes a couple of minutes to write a reply.
All I can say is "WOW!" I like his acting but didn't know he had that kind of chops. I didn't know he was in the movie
and didn't even realize that was him for half the movie. I will be amazed if he at least doesn't get an academy award nomination. He really nailed it.
