No. Diana was the daughter of a Greek God and the Queen of the Amazons. Chances are, she was a pagan that worshiped Athena or Artemis, whichever goddess suited the Amazons the most in their religion.

The actress is probably Jewish, considering most Israelis are, but remember that actors are not their characters. Far too many people keep construing them as one and the same.
