I'm really surprised at the rating..This is one of my favourite films..It's much much better than the horror/thrillers that have come out over the past few years. This is one creepy ass film.

I think the original poster was very high if they thought this was the least bit scary. It is also a joke that this film doesn't rely on Hollywood effects. Maybe not much CGI, but plenty of overdone and ineffective old school effects.
Lead actor did a fine job.
Howard Stern's movie wife has had plastic surgery and is no longer attractive.
Movie was comical in parts.
4 stars. Meh.

This movie is such a gem its severely underrated i gave it a 10 i saw this movie just by chance and was intrigued by it rarely any movies do that for me and i absolutely loved it

I saw it at the movie theater when it came out and when it ended, I couldn't for the life of me remember the last time I had so much fun watching a new "horror" film. Such a relief from the infestation of the mindless blood and gore crap that we got so used to for almost a decade. And it was infinitely better than your average, predictable, PG-13 ghost movies, too; this one had me guessing until the very end. It's a hugely entertaining, suspenseful and creepy film. Underrated, it is.
