The local "Beautiful Woman" is sitting up in bed, and Zeppo Marx is feeding her breakfast in bed. He says something like "You are very pretty".

She simpers at him and squeaks in a babyish voice: "Are you 'making love' to me?"

(Damn Hays Code (that is, the censors) had already started to ruin movies like that. I was watching with a college audience and the whole place groaned at that line.)

Anyway, so cheesy, it hurts to remember it years later.

So anything slightly emotional to you is cheesy? You have the mind of an autistic sociopath.

If your uncle Jack helped you off an elephant, would you help your uncle jack off an elephant?

Oh,and Soulwaves2000, opinions on movie lines may vary, all well and good, but as the devoted Mom of a wonderful, loving, fantastic Autistic Son, they are NOT sociopaths...not butthurt, but dat's not even a lil'bit amusing...
