I'm old, so I only care that there are 'men' and 'women', not 6000 dirivatives or whatever this minutes FAD happens to puke out.....

trying to watch this movie, and I get a vibe that many of the kids, the lead flash guy included, appeal to the GENDER FLUID crowd... his friends prance around, the "buddy" seems pretty weak and limp, the girls lean a little butch....

im just an average straight guy making an observation.... is this another case of "let's please a tiny niche which causes the movie to stink and lose audience"?
Yes, this makes it all outside the NORM or average audiences.

the seemingly effeminate lead "guy" is a complete repulsion for a SUPER hero to me.
APPARENTLY, based on the flashes numbers, I am not alone.

He's a pretty far cry from the beefcake stud we had in the original Flash tv series. I think I get what they were going for with his casting. You've already got a raging machismo fest with Afleck, Momoa and Cavil. And runners typically have very lean physiques. I felt his casting worked when surrounded by the Justice League. But I always knew that weirdo couldn't anchor the lead role in a solo film. It's not just being awkward and effeminate. Something about Ezra is off putting, even to the demographic groups they were targeting.

seems the fuild gender crowd didn't show up to support this, though? they are shooting their own foot.

they need to support more, if they expect to SEE more.
same with women... get out and support your ghost busters / lesbian charlies angels women films to SEE more of them.

I couldn't make it through this FLASH. Almost none of it entertained me, and the lead was annoying and too weak.
