An impressive movie with a lot of heart from start to finish.
Saw it today.... was very surprised at how enjoyable it was. It has something for everyone. It has heart, humor, action, suspense, cameos, and some twists even I didn't see coming.
Miller knocks it out of the park in dual roles. I am not a fan of the real man one bit, but he impressed here as the character. Keaton really looks great and slides back into his Batman persona with ease. I wish I could have just seen more of him. I didn't think I'd like the switch to Kara/Supergirl, but she came through great and how they did it worked.
The sound and score worked well (tossing in 'ol Danny Elfman a lot when Bats shows up), the effects looked fine (you forget it's not one actor playing two parts in the same shot), and the directing was on point.
Here's your random stranger's opinion - A great summer popcorn movie worth seeing in a theater. It's fun just to see some serious DC nostalgia, and we're not just talking about Keaton.
