Any other past Batman characters?

It would be cool if there were older Batman characters besides Michael Keaton Batman coming back too! Like it would be awesome to see Jack Nicholson as the Joker again or Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy, maybe her trying to seduce The Flash and then her going to another universe where she can team up with Margot Robbie Harley Quinn leading to a movie with those characters.

I think there was a reference meant for Michelle Pfeiffer's iteration of Selina Kyle.

Danny DeVito as Penguin and starting over in a new universe.

reply

I would like to see Bob. He was my favorite character in that movie.

Uma Thurman would be as old or older than the actress playing Barry Allen's mom.

Uma is in her early 50s and still looks pretty hot, and I imagine she would look even hotter in costume and makeup. This is a recent photo of her: https://www.looper.com/img/gallery/the-iconic-fantasy-role-that-uma-thurman-regrets-turning-down/l-intro-1648858006.jpg

She also would fit well with a more mature and reserved version of Poison Ivy that Hollywood would likely go with these days compared to 1997, since her portrayal then was a hyper sexualized femme fatale, and modern Hollywood would not go for a character as overtly sexual. Uma of the 2020s could better fit the “bio-terrorist/mad scientist” aspect of Ivy since she is now older and could better take on the doctor/professor look.

Uma was born the same year as the actress who plays his mother, who is also attractive. Gen Z thinks age gaps are inappropriate and that's the audience. Regardless, it's not going to happen.

Batman Forever and Batman & Robin will be ignored, I assume that Alfred and Gordon would be dead in this universe so the ones left who could be alive are Vicki Vale (Kim Basinger), Selina Kyle (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Knox (Robert Wuhl). Hopefully we'll get a reference to Dent being Two-Face and maybe Robin (whether it's what was intoned to be Marlon Wayans). There is a comic continuation that takes place after "Batman Returns"

A Jack Nicholson Joker cameo would be amazing! There could be an alternate universe version of him that survives.

reply

Why not a Gotham tie-in? Robin Lord Taylor as the Penguin and Cory Michael Smith as the Riddler were great.

reply

Those would be great cameos

Nicholson's Joker would be fun, he wouldn't need much action either. Strap him to a bed in Arkham and have them need his help for some reason. Im not sure Nicholson would be able to bring the amount of energy to the character as he did when he was only 50.

It's funny nobody really gives two shits about seeing what's going on with the flash or the silly supergirl the only reason people are interested is for the original batman universe.

Maybe OnStar Batman.

reply

Haha. Onstar Batman could get drive through at McDonald’s

😂 Nice!
