Mark Wahlberg must have been skint at the time, or owed someone a favor.

To be in this movie, theres no redeeming features in this film whatsoever,
its terrible in every way you look at it, the acting, the cheap budget, the laughable plot (how can you have a shoot out in the middle of a street, killing dozens of people, and no one gets arrested on firemarms charges?), the pathetic ending everything just plain sucks..

Did this make it to the cinema, or was it a straight to DVD release?..

I want my 2 hours back..

watched this last night and had to come on here to verify how bad this film was only to be astounded at it's high score. I truly despair that people think this is a good movie.

Cliche after cliche, action scenes so unbelievable as to be laughable. The acting is terrible.

Are the movie going public this stupid that people actually defend this film

God help us.

Hey genius... You obviously haven't figured it out yet so I'll clue you in.

It has a high score because the majority of the people who have seen this film disagree with your opinion of it.

It's not just your grammar that makes you look stupid.

I agree with most in saying i really liked this picture. Singleton directed it not some schmuck. But my real question to the OP is, even though I'm reading it years later, you didn't like it that much but caught the whole movie? Um...what? You can't be that stupid. Actually, I don't think you are. You are what they call a TROLL, which I don't think was used as much in 2008 as it is now. But yea....troll.
