Obvs spoilers guys:

Er, like Pan's Labrynth (sp?) - girl gets shot
City of Angels little girl dies at beginning
Gladiator - son gets hung
Sixth Sense (could count that) - the girl ghost

Aaand although I don't think it's obvious in the film, Billy dies in The Golden Compass (Northern Lights) - pretty much his 'soul' is torn away from him in an experiment and he's found alive but then dies. Soo....

Darren Lamb (to Warwick Davis): 'Could I fit in your house?'

Great Question.
There's a baby death in Trainspotting that's pretty harrowing but I guess it only counts as a kid death if we have had a chance to get to know the character first.

Bennys Video! Benny kills his best girl friend with an electric teaser!!
Also Pans Labyrinth and AI: Artificial Intelligence, I think! And dont forget HP and the Goblet of Fire where Cedric dies, although not sure if that counts as a child!!

Movies where kids die!!!

The Butterfly Effect!
Battle Royale!!
Let The Right One In
Schindlers List!!
Titanic

The Mist (2007). Billy Drayton (Nathan Gamble) is shot and killed by his own father. Brilliant movie.

NATHAN GAMBLE, Bobby Coleman, Zach Gordan and Jackson Bond. All AWESOME actors
