So, for you, which are the most beautiful women in this film, and in which order? For me, it's

1. Mameha
2. Hatsumomo
3. Sayuri

hands down.

Definitely Hatsumomo is first. That woman is gorgeous! Sayuri was just very pretty. Mameha was OK.

This is easily one of the most beautiful female casts I have ever seen, but for me Hatsumomo was far and away the most beautiful. Mameha and Sayuri are tied.

There are few things as fetching as a bruised ego on a beautiful angel.

Hatsumomo was drop dead gorgeous!

Pumpkin was super pretty too.
(But in the book, it was different. Pumpkin's character wasn't a beauty in the novel.)

They're all beautiful, but for me, Hatsumomo takes the cake. Gong Li is stunning and incredible in every movie I've ever seen her in. Mameha would probably be my second pick. She was the oldest, but held herself so gracefully and had such a soft beauty about her. Zhang Ziyi is adorable and pretty, but sometimes the way they styled her as Sayuri made her look a bit plasticine and creepy, which bothered me. She was most beautiful when she was dancing. Pumpkin is super-pretty, but I preferred her without the geisha makeup.

Zhang Ziyi (Sayuri) comes top with ease imo.
