Most Ridiculous Movie Scene EVER!

At around 35 mins into the films there is a scene where Frank Martin realises there is a bomb attached to the bottom of his car, he is forced to drive off from the baddies at gunpoint. He accelerates at this crane dangling in the air and then manages to drive up a ramp rolling the car as it flies through the air. He perfectly judges everything and the hook at the bottom of the crane just knocks the bomb off the underside of the car. The car finishes its spin perfectly landing back on its wheels and speeds off.

LOL

Has anyone got a more ridiculous movie scene than this one?

reply

Absolutely ridiculous scene, an a ridiculous film too.

Most people that I know go to a movie to watch something that they enjoy. If all you people say that this movie is so ridulous, then why did you watch it? If it wasn't your cup of tea, you don't have to sit around and complain untill you find an even worse film.Thats another thing, the term 'Worst Movie In The World" is being used really loosely nowadays. If there was one bad 3 minute scene, is it instantly the worst in the world? i just dont get it.
And I hear some complaining about the stunts, you have to remembr that in the first movie there were only 2 greenscreen shots, all the rest were real!
That is pretty impressive I think.
So stop complaining, movies are for enjoyment, not depicting realistic, everyday activities.
Its your choice as to watch you watch

lol, I loved the part where the airplane crashes, and they don't die...... decelerating that fast when the water breaks the acceleration of the airplane would kill someone instantly... wtf was that. hahaha

I personally love how Lola's submachine guns spewed out hundreds of rounds without reloading.... lolol.

Hehe, and then a whole bunch of bad guys shoot some bullets in a taxi...
and then the filmmakers thought "hmm, this is no fun, the bad guyz will shoot him. Hey, let them all miraculously get out of bullets and let one say that the bullets are in the garage, where our hero is hiding..."

I thought the barrel roll was ridiculous, but was willing to let it go until the fight scene in the private jet. Because when that sucker impacted, it should have disintegrated. Thats when the flick went way overboard. It was so ridiculous, it was good.

What's really ridiculous is realizing there were this many people who had a comment. Peace!

Yah, this movie was pretty bad. Like the part that almost nobody mentions when the girl blows up the helicopter with about 10 bullets out of an uzi, oh, and there are almost no cops in the whole movie, except for when his friend is in the police station. But, for the car bomb scene, couldnt he have just driven away out of sight of them, then just simply got out of his car, pulled the bomb off the car, and just drive away?

*beep* the Academy

That scene was bloody awful. It was actually worse than the scene at the beginning og Goldeneye, when Pierce rides off the cliff and then skydives into a plane and pulls it up in time from hitting a mountain. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO

I dont know about anyone else but when lola speaks it makes me want to rip my ears off, she has no acting skills what so ever acting is not the job for her

reply

yeah this movie suck but anyways
frank's so hot
hehehe

Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed this film. If I blinked I missed something.

However there were to major plot flaws that I could not tolerate.
How did he get inside of the private plane from inside the landing gear right after his car blew up?

The second was how the Coast Guard and other law enforcement were able to arrive and pick the two of them up out of the water just in time?

reply

Ok, you find it weird how the girl couldn't shoot through the wooden door but she could easily shoot through the metal elevator door and blow up a chopper with 2 or 3 bullets??? That was really awesome wasn't it lol.

"You might also remember from Transporter 1 that Frank Martin used a frisbee-sized silver serving platter to deflect what appeared to be a shoulder-launched anti-tank missile.

I guess they teach you that kind of stuff in Special Forces training."

Oh man, oh man that scene rocked.

BUT OKAY I THINK WE ARE ALL FORGETTING SOMETHING.

The man kicked the crap out of at least 5 guys with a FIRE HOSE. I don't think, that a movie where someone KICKED THE CRAP OUT OF AT LEAST 5 GUYS WITH A FIRE HOSE is going to make all that much sense, non? This movie was actually one of the best I've seen in a while, I saw it with about 5 of my friends and by the end we were all laughing so hard we were crying. Just enough rediculousness so that you love it but not enough to be like "Um...okay, you're rediculous I get it." Of course the plot made no sense; I do believe one of the main characters was a scantily clad armed woman with lots of mascara.

I mean I don't know about you, but when I saw her I expected Vivaldi. Seriously.

You are forgetting one thing: He is FRANK MARTIN. Transporter extraordinare!

Hahah. This movie was so completely ridiculous that it wrapped around the meter of judgement and ended up in my "favorites of all time". This was so cartoony and stupid, and i have never laughed so hard, yet I still enjoyed the movie. A wonderful piece of candy that merely distracts you.

The fightscenes were really good though. And i'd love to see a Transporter movie done semi-realistically. And about him actually Transporting stuff. Cuz c'mon... you gotta love his character. And Jason Statham can FIGHT like the best of them. And drive! And do barrel rolls in his car to remove bombs.

HE IS FRANK MARTIN!!!

p.s. people should start doing Frank Martin random facts.

Frank Martin can kick Neo's ass. He can dodge bullets... without going into slow motion

As Jason is from South London just like me,i believe he can do all those things!South Londoners are well known for being super tough!!

Keyser-soze was just misunderstood

The Bomb Dislodge scene was meant to be a JOKE. Read what the producer said about it.

I thought the fact someone actually dreamed that scene up paid for itself.

You guys have mentioned that the plane should have disintegrated, but what about:

When the two guys are on the plane doing a stare-down with each other, then it cuts to show the plane flipping and doing all kinds of contortions, then it shows the guys standing perfectly still in the same positions with no loss of balance whatsoever? That's when my friend and I almost fell off the couch laughing.
