Anyone else think Weisz shouldn't have won the oscar?

I just didn't think she deserved it that much. Don't get me wrong, she played her role well, she was a good actress, but I just didn't think to play that particular role an actress would need a lot of skill anyway. I just couldn't understand why Weisz won it. In my opinion, Michelle Williams gave a much better performance in BBM than Weisz did in the Constant Gardner.

Weiz did not win the oscar for any persuasive acting skill but plain and simple for the "liberal politics" - point of view of her character throughout the movie.

"Sorry, I've just got one question: Whose map is Britain using when it completely ignores the United Nations and decides to invade Iraq?
Or do you think it's more diplomatic to bend the will of a superpower and politely take part in Vietnam the Sequel?"

Yeah, I bet liberals, who believe that their freedom come in a can at OBAMA _ MART just ate that crap up!
Amy Adams performance in Junebug was far superior "acting - likewise", which is what the Oscars SOULD be about.

Just look at what happened at the "Best Actor in a Leading Role" Oscar last year!

Mickey Rourke losing against WHO?
Sean "I´ve been to Iran. Iran is a beautiful country" Penn?

and the

"Best Director" and "Best Picture" Oscar this year!

BSA is a pretty useless category anyway, so whoever wins that is usually pointless. you very rarely if ever hear from them again.

She won the oscar for this piece of crap? Man I knew oscars were highly overrated, but this is ridiculous... I found the 'acting' really bad and annoying, especially when she was on screen...
