...And these are just SOME HORROR MOVIES. I could go on with more horror movies. Or I could even leave the genre and just go in general.
I know it's mainly a matter of opinion, but I find it impossible for this to be the worst movie ever when there is so many sh!tty straight to DVD low budget crap that gets released that's so bad that they're good. And even movies that aren't straight to dvd that go into theatres are still crap.
So either you need to see more movies, or you need to stop overexaggerating.
Skinwalkers was better than Captivity. *beep* Skinwalkers.
The only thing Captivity is better than is being told you have AIDS.
Actually...If I had to choose between getting AIDS or watching Captivity again...I'll take the AIDS, please.

Halloween III is very good. Boo-hoo it's not Michael Myers. Who cares? People are still whining about that 25 years later and jumping on the hate-train just because people have dumb complaints like "Did the idiot filmmakers even take into account the 3-hour time difference on the east and west coast???". Um, use your imagination for once! Could it not be safely assumed that it's being broadcast at the same time nationwide whether there's a three-hour difference or not?! And how is not explaining every supernatural element in the film another fault of the writers? It's suppposed to add to the film's creepiness like any good supernatural film. If you try explaining everything and simplifying things to audiences it kills these movies. Look at the rest of the Halloween series including the remake...Michael was no longer scary after more and more was explained about him.

It doesnt matter what movie it is somebody has to say it, why cant people just watch a movie for what it is and go on with their lives.

I havn't seen Captivity yet, but I'm assuming it will be something like Hostel and Saw so I'll likely enjoy it. But if you want to see an awful movie, then see D.E.B.S. That movie was not only god awful but one of the worst movies ever made period. Creepshow III comes close.
