Especially if there were a shopping scene, where their feeling of rivalry gets expressed in ridiculous overspending.
In anything like a standard duel or fight, Batman isn't beating Iron Man. I say this as a big Bat-fan, but just because I find Batman's story more compelling doesn't mean I think a utility belt and some ninja training beats tank-buster missiles and repulsor rays.
Now, if the conflict involved outsmarting and out-thinking the other, Bruce absolutely has a shot. I'd personally say better than even. Stark's a genius and a crazy-capable inventor, but I do think Bruce could outsmart him. Not easily, handily, or every time, but I think he'd prevail.
