Obadiah having the injuction on Tony. Was he doing the right thing?
Besides Obadiah sort of being a Hydra member, he was still a friend to Tony when comes to business etc.
Did he do the right thing involving the injuction?

Obadiah's plan all along was to take control over Stark Industries. Having Tony kidnapped in order to attain such power isn't considered a friend in my book. Plus, how do you figure Obadiah was at least a Hyrda affiliate?
shareIm asking if the injuction was the right thing to do
shareFrom what? A business perspective?
shareyes from a frikkin business perspective.
Jeez
You come with that attitude you might as well figure it out yourself.
shareFuck you, boy.
I did ask a simple question and I was being nice about it. Question shouldnt been that hard for YOU to understand.
Did he do the right thing by doing the injunction on Tony? Business wise, was it the right thing to do or could Tony have countered it?
I'd say that business-wise it was a terrible move, because it was predicated on an illegal action, possibly even an act of treason. Stane paid the military of a nation with whom the United States was at war to kidnap a leading industrialist. Worse, Stark is providing the U.S. military with weaponry, so Stane handed the enemy the man who can help them build weapons to kill American soldiers, and learn how to defend themselves from American weapons.
shareYes, obviously. As an officer of Stark Enterprises, he had a fiduciary duty to protect the interests of the shareholders. You can't just let a rogue CEO steer the company into the ditch. If they truly decided to exit the defense business, they should have had a transition plan and time to ramp up to their next product area focus.
I'm referring to the injunction of course, not the kidnapping. Blatantly criminal acts by corporate officers are bad publicity.
