funniest line for me was when the guy he was robbing say sumthin like "hey buddy, what can i do ya for???" then dick says "you can do me for all the money in the register!"
shareI laugh sooo hard EVERYtime I watch the part when Dick chases the lady who he forgot to greet at KostMart and she goes, " I saw you you EYEballin me when I came in here, you were all UP IN MY GOODIES." or something like that but it's how she says it that so funny

Not a "funniest line" but a funniest act...that thing that Dick used on a dog to stop him barking..the shock effect is funny, but made me laugh more when Dick tried it on himself THEN when he had a shock, the dog barked at him!!!
I've hurt myself laughing...Look at it again. It's ironic. The dog trained not to bark, then barked at Dick's attempt on himself. hahahahaha

I tried to like this movie but to no avail... but the funniest part of the whole movie is like the last line when his former coworker tells him he is going to work for Enron, and then the credits opener when they credit all the CEO's who have been busted doing what was depicted in the movie...that was funny.

i don't know if this counts as a 'line' but i loved the scene when Dick was just promoted and he went to Jack's house and they were all sitting there eating fruit and Jack said, "...Like my father used to say..." I was waiting for what his father said LOL and it never came!
And to think that there is still some moron shouting this movie was a piece of crap, and Jim Carrey sucked in it!
As I said elsewhere, the cast was perfect, this trio (Carrey, Leoni & Baldwin) MUST work together again! They kicked ass!
Yes, that was the best part! INDICTED!

the funniest scene to me was when he was singing I Believe I Can Fly LOL that part had me crackin up man. And then when he said like my father used to say or whatever and he never said it and when that Debbie girl Oz's wife was running from the police saying NO NONONO NO!! lmfao and then she got tackled WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THATS A KNEE SLAPPER!
