Any suggestions for similar movies?
I would say:

1) Mulholland Dr. (2001)
2) Donnie Darko (2001)
3) 12 monkeys (1995)
5) Memento (2000)

Please share your suggestions. Thanks!

Posting this because it's one of the few things no one's said: Fetching Cody.

To reiterate everyone else, definitely Stay and Jacob's Ladder, Abre Los Ojos, Butterfly Effect (I don't particularly like this film but I like the story), The Machinist.
Possibly Eternal Sunshine? (I just always like to throw that one in).

5 pages and no mention of The time travelers wife? That has to be more similar than all the other suggestions put together.

Jacob's ladder is basicly the same movie.

A part of The Sopranos' plot is very similar to this. It's when Tony gets shot and goes into coma.

I'm a big fan of Brain Dead, too. I would also chuck in Kontroll (2003), and Cypher; which now appears to be called Brainstorm (2002).
Kontroll may not be hugely similar, but it is a terrific film.

Timecrimes is good. It's on Netflix in Spanish w/ subtitles. CHECK IT OUT!

Look at the night sky, where does it end?

The movies I have seen and have the same sense of surrealism to them:

Donnie Darko
Jacob's Ladder
Silent Hill
Vanilla Sky
The Machinist
Mr. Nobody
Number 23
Cell
Pi
Black Swan
One Point O
Videodrome
Shutter Island
A Tale of Two Sisters
Pan's Labyrinth

Some may lie closer to horror than others. What's common is that all of them tend to fall somewhat in the mind *beep* category.
