I just rented it last night. I thought it was great! - - SPOILER!!!
I love stories like that. Stories with a twist. It completely fooled me.

It fooled you because it doesn't make sense. Explain, for instance, David Walsh's fantasy of shooting all of the bank robbers in the context of the film's real ending.
shareThat is easy.
If you think about it all the bank robbers end up getting shot anyway. Including the one in reality.
He was thinking what he would really like to do.
Watching it a second time knowing what he does, makes things make so much more sense.
Oh, so "he was thinking (about) what he would really like to do," huh? So he thought he would really like to kill his friends and end up with none of the cash that he had supposedly been plotting years to get. Yeah, that makes perfect sense now.

You wrote "douch rag," and I think you meant douche bag. It's spelled douche, you idiot. I pity you for your ardent defense of this movie. It takes advantage of the fact that there are idiots like you who will buy any plot twist that the writers want to shove down your moronic throats. By the way, go to school and learn to write like a civilized person, douche bag.
shareP.S. No, I am not from West Virginia. I'll bet that there are many folks from West Virginia that are smart enough to figure out where I'm from based upon my name, MNPhatz, however, and that would make them smarter than you.

yeah i agree. there were occurences through the movie that tipped you odd that things just werent right (such as the panties in the jacket, but all in all a good movie. i sure didnt expect the ending.
shareThe film is absolutely pathetic. It's a total rehash of Wild Things, and even worse... these people should get an award or something for this spectacular achievement.
shareThis movie just didnt have a well thought out plot and seemed like the director just threw in random ideas and mashed them in too short of a time period to explain it out. Sure having everything come together all at the end is good only in episode series. But in this movie it just left me thinking of other things I could have done instead of being confused for an hour. Maybe math class would be kind of a relation also.
shareYeah. It was a good movie, lets say 7 or 8 from 10. I think Matt is not an excellent actor. I mean: he plays well, but not an excellent one. But the rest was really good. My sum is, that it is a bit underrated, even if some retards think that it sucks because they cant catch the point. its not a new bible my friend, its just few minutes of entertainment. well done... Steve Zahn is a god, especially in the lapdancing-babe scene. The twist was good, but the last one was to obvious to me. Since the guy with the bycicle was almost hit buy the bus at the begining I was sure, somebody will die this way. And so how it ended.
everybody dies anyway, its just a myth you are trying to catch...
if i hear one more person praising matt dillons acting (especially in this terrible movie) i may actually vomit.
p.s. Steve Zahn = not funny
Yeah, some really slick writing for Zahn and the bank president to rant--all of which I thought was hilarious--but overall, the plot was silly, contrived, and smacked of Wild Things. Too bad, there's some great quotables in this movie.

Matt Dillon deserves an Oscar. He is a great actor. Vomit away!!!
Me and my girlfriend watch the first 10 min. and turned it off last sat. Thought it was no good. did not have nothing to watch tonite so i started watching it again. After the first 10 min. It got crazy and funny. I laugh all the through. Near the end i kept quessing what was going to happen. i love films like that. Steve Zahn done quiet well. He made the film worth watching!

Agreed. I just kept getting the feeling that this movie was trying too hard to be cool, with all the ill-timed rock/techno music and that unnecessary scene where Zahn was explaining chemical romance. Give me a break. The whole movie was just an overindulgent POS.
share"Explain, for instance, David Walsh's fantasy of shooting all of the bank robbers in the context of the film's real ending."- He was thinking about becoming a hero.. A 'good guy'.. Knowing he could murder them all, and get away with it, seeing as how they wouldn't expect it.
