Please anyone can recommend me any movie similar to this one
The only Ones that came to my mind are
-the science of sleep
- maybeeee click (not really but they share some features)

Says the guy who thinks the movie "Doom" deserves a rating of 9. The movie "Doom" is more similar to highlander 2 and stinks badly. But "Doom" the game was great.

I like doom the video game and the movie I just did not like Eternal Sunshine that much highlander 2 was ok as was Eternal Sunshine

The Butterfly Effect comes to mind. It evokes similar emotion, although it's a significantly more depressing.

Her is kind of similar in treatment.

Then there's Groundhog Day. Kind of similar in theme but much lighter.

If you want the same feel that Eternal Sunshine gives you, then here are my suggestions:

1. Vanilla Sky*
2. The Butterfly Effect
3. The Time Traveler's Wife (my ex-gf made me watch it)
4. (500) Days of Summer (haven't seen it, but it looks similar)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind just leaves a sad, empty feeling that I initially hated when I first saw it. But now that I've experienced love, and love lost, man... this movie really strikes me hard.

And I miss her.

Amélie is another strange, artistic, beautiful love story. There is a similar feeling of "chase" amongst the two main characters.

Do these effectively hide my thunder?

I was waiting for someone to mention Vanilla Sky, surprised it took so long.

Also Abres Los Ojos the Spanish film it's based on.

Abre los hojos is told a lot better. Still has penelope cruise but you dont have to deal with her accent.

Not similar in terms of themes or story but Memento is an obvious one in that it also tells the story by playing back the lead character's memories in reverse order.
