Worst Actor: Marlon Wayans

I was very disappointed in The Ladykillers and would love to see Marlon Wayans (or 'Moron' Wayans as I like to call him) get the Worst Actor award given at The Razzie Awards. I hated Wayans' acting and character in this film. He annoyed me worse than any character I've ever seen in a movie! I got sooo sick and tired of him screaming the "F" word over and over...and over! However, the bottom line is: Marlon Wayans sucks in this film and should get a well-deserved award for his stomach-turning acting. Any agreements? Any disagreements? (You must be insane if you do disagree)

He is not the worst Wayans Bros...

Chill out, cuz. He did a good job. The only thing Marlon ever did that sucked ass was host the VMA's with his brother(terrible skits after the Macy Grey sketch), Little Man, and Dungeons and Dragons.

No argument here...Wayans is a bad actor. I kept picturing his brother Damon in the role.

Yep,his whole character was a horrendous edition to this film. People who find him and his humor funny are the same dumb as&es who still watch and find the last 15 years of SNL funny!!

Movie would of been so much better without Marlon. What were the Coens seriously thinking when they were contemplating his character?

I'm insane. Marlon was a hoot. He and J.K. Simmons damn near stole the show in their scenes together. The only other film I've truly noticed Marlon in is Requiem for a Dream and he was outstanding.

Nah I think he did well in this, the film was alright. Not a masterpiece, and I think the ending was extremely rushed ( I woulda liked to of seen a showdown between Hanks and the old lady ). Whilst some of the comedy did fall abit flat I'd say one of the only people who managed to keep their role interesting throughout was Marlon.

He was perfect for the part, it doesn't matter how bad of an actor he was. That's how the Coen brothers think
