I have no idea if Harry wanted to be part of the Tourney

I haven't read the book, only saw the movie.

From the moment Harry's name gets called out, he remains in a semi-stunned mood for the rest of the movie.

it's very possible i didn't pay enough attention but he just seems to kinda go with it. Accepts it but doesn't really seem to want to be there nor to back out.

He never says anything like "dude what the fuck, are all of you adults gonna endanger my life against my will?" or "hell yeah, i don't know how i got in but now i'm gonna win!". He's just...confused.

He did not.

Thanks, now i just gotta figure out why he didn't safely quit during one of the many chances he got.

"Oh oops, i can't hold my breath for one hour. Well good luck everyone else, i'm just gonna sit with the rest of the crowd and stare at the water for one hour."

Because once the goblet drew his name he was obligated to participate. It was like that in the books as well. They didn't state it outright but seems that the goblet acts like some kind of binding spell forcing the contestant to participate.

A bit late, but Barty Crouch states it is a magical contract. He does not have a choice. It is not spelled out what would happen if he tried to withdraw, but I think it is likely nothing good.
