The problem with the movie is that it's an art house film made by a big studio, had a big budget, and marketed to mainstream audiences. If it were directed by Jim Jarmusch and starred art house actors, no one would have a problem with it.

Honestly, the reason why it was bad was because it was not believable I could not see Jenifer Lopez as a lesbian and Ben Afleck I never take serious as an actor. It was a good concept no lie but if there were different actors, then I think it would of been a better movie. I do think people just say it is bad because others do it also but like I have seen worse. I mean I think it is really like a 3.8/10 maybe a bit higher like a 4.1 and even lower at like a 3.1 but not a 1 or 2 I mean seriously. It just was not believable that's all.

Gigli is the worst film I have ever seen. The entire film consists of Jennifer, Ben and the retarded guys embarrassing and boring sex talk. Jennifer Lopez is often in good films but this film is the exception. The whole film is nothing but one big embarrassing and sad misery.
