I was also satisfyingly entertained. First I was supposed to watch this other movie that begun on another channel 20 mins later than this but when I saw the awesome scene where Ja Rule gets baleeted out of the car like a ragdoll that stepped on a mine due to Seagals leet drifting I LMAOd and knew I had to see this through. Allthough nothing as ridiculous happenened in the rest of the movie it was pretty OK camp action. My vote: 6.
shareI throw up everytime i heard someone talking about this trash."I was also satisfyingly entertained" myrzan u must be a fu**ing retard or you must have been an extra in this crapfest of a movie. excuse me but my stomach is turning again.
shareThat's just it. It was FUN, nothing else. Ever since i was about 8 years old, i've amazingly been a big Steven Seagal fan, but after this movie, his work
just didn't do it for me anymore. I liked this movie. Granted, i thought it needed more Seagal kick ass, less Ja Rule, and less cheesy dialogue, but it was average. When i first heard about the plot, i thought to myself, "Damn, Seagal is gonna tear it up in this one", considering it's him locked up with a bunch of animals. This was just too cool of a premise for it to be such a mediocre action film. It's Seagal and a bunch of hardned inmates taking on a gang of rogue military commandos. You KNOW that if this was made in the late 80's/early 90's, it would've been SOOO much more action packed and brutal. The only character i really somewhat admired was Morris Chestnut's as the villain. He's a very underrated actor. I don't hate Ja Rule, but i'm not very fond of him in the music world or the acting world, because he's not that good at either. I don't know, i just felt like Seagal didn't really do much fighting in this one, and the fighting he did do wasn't that impressive. I know he's getting older, but that's not an excuse for most 80's action heroes who are still badasses. Sadly, these days poor Seagal and Van Damme can only get straight-to-video action films that are so low budget and corny it's laughable.

Watched it last night. Great fun.
shareI don't what it is about this movie, it's utter crap, the acting is horrible, the plot is nonexistent, but I still watch it over and over to this day lol. The soundtrack is pretty bangin' and that one chick is fine as hell, so maybe that's what keeps me coming back. Segal's top 5 in my opinion
Last movies watched:
Vicky Christina Barcelona 9/10
