Just saw Dark Blue last night and was blown away by it, i remember it came out the same time as Narc years ago and there were comparisons between the two.Training day is still my favourite powderkeg/corrupt cop movie ever though.
This job's going to be harder than... trying to rape a rhinoceros

That's quite an interesting list, CameronShay, altough some of the movies you mentionned are not exactly what I would consider "corrupt cop" movies. From your list, I guess "The Untouchables" and "Serpico" would be right on top for me, though I don't really consider "The Untouchables" as a corrupt cop-crime/drama/action/thriller. Here are my picks:
1.Serpico
2.Q&A
3.Narc (the performance of Ray Liotta alone is a must-see, but the script, the cinematography, the editing and the acting in general are also top-notch)
4.L.A. Confidential
5.Deep Cover
6.Infernal Affairs
7.The Departed
8.Internal Affairs (Mike Figgis movie with Richard Gere and Andy Garcia)
9.Cop Land
10.Dark Blue (could have been better in terms of the script and story, but again the movie is totally worth watching for the sake of Kurt Russell's performance)
I also enjoyed "Training Day", mostly for Denzel's powerful performance, but the movie itself is not as good or as great as the other ones I mentionned in my list for me.
Bill Foster: I'm the bad guy?...How did that happen?
Just from the list OP gave
1. Narc- Rays performance was amazing and the whole movie is intense especially the scene where he tortures those guys.
2. Dark Blue- Really loved Kurt in this and it was really cool to see a film with an event an modern history as its backdrop
3. Training Day- Denzel was good in it (hes had better before and since) but the movie itself is just not that good
With all this said though Copland, LA Confidential and the Departed are my top curropt cop movies the latter 2 are in my top 20 of all time.

All great films but:
1. Training Day: Amazing Performances from both Denzel and Ethan Hawk in very dynamic film.
2. Narc: All about story here, very powerful writing, dialog, and realism that hook you to the screen from start till end. Ray Liotta gives great performance as usual although he got a little hysteric at the end.
3. Dark Blue: a very good film with an interesting story and shocking violence only to let down by a very weak performance from a boyscout looking Scott Speedman who we're supposed to believe is a brave cop and a wild don juan. what a miscast.
Dark Blue is by far the best, but there are too many good cop films to count. Colors, Street Kings, Brooklyn's Finest, Pride and Glory.
Training Day on the other hand, sucked ass. Nothing happened. And it totally ripped off the end to Bad Lieutenant.
1. Narc- Liotta NAILED it.
2. Dark Blue- Kurt Russell held the poor film together, in my opinion.
3. Training Day- I didn't much care for it, but Denzel was great.
If it can go wrong, it will go wrong.
Training Day is the only memorable movie of the bunch. that movie is Dezenl's top movie and it holds strong on re-watches as i just seen Dark Blue for the first time in years a day ago and that movie does not hold up as well nowadays as i probably won't be seeing that again which means it's a thumbs down for me nowadays but it's not bad or anything as it was close to a thumbs up.
