shareI thought the ending was anti-climatic... didn't know the fact about the true story but the ending really dull to me. [yawn] Olrando character got the stupidest death ever.
shareI didnt know the story of Ned Kelly before i watched the film.I saw it for the first time tonight, and the ending really shocked me.It was frightening !.The film finished just over an hour ago, and that end scene has stuck in my mind.

Did you just watch it on channel 3 cause that what i did and it just reminds me of heath ledgers death
omg, Ive cin the film b4 however it didnt effect me as much as I watched last nite wen it was on itv
i cudnt remember if it showed ned kelly dying or not and i mean c wen he was lying there and it was flashing bak at his life i was in abs floods cuz obv it made me think bout poor heath
its ironic how neds the onlii character it didnt show dying
but wen it came up at end 'ned was hanged wen he was 25' r wotever that also got me cuz its so close to the real heath
i thut it was a great film so under rated the actors all did a great job
oh do u kno wot got me also
'dont make me grieve for u'
'im not dead yet'
aaghhhhhh xx
I saw it on itv1 aswell, and it really upset me because Heath has died in real life. This film would have upset me enough if i had seen it before he died, but it made me even more upset now.
Shanesangel14, those lines got to me too.I actually started crying at the end !
I can't wait for Ned Kelly 2!!
shareoh do u kno wot got me also
'dont make me grieve for u'
'im not dead yet'
^ ME TOO!
Would you like to see my mask? I use it in my experiments. No? Vaffanculo you!
Ok could you explain what was wrong with the ending? Ned Kelly was a real person and thats how he really died. Thats the facts and theres no point in changing them.
shareSuch is life...
shareIt's a historical piece. Loving or hating the ending is irrelevant, it's based on the way it happened.
The real question is, did you learn anything from it? What about being motivated by the film to read up on what actually did happen, and learn what might have been the motivating spark that ignited those events and crimes and deeds to be set in motion?
